Ogunesan meets APC leaders, stakeholders in Itesiwaju LGA, seeks support

On Saturday, the APC Senatorial Candidate for Oyo North, Mrs. Hannah Olawumi Ogunesan, MFR, visited Itesiwaju Local Government to meet with party stakeholders and leaders.

The meeting provided an opportunity for Mrs. Ogunesan to express her sincere appreciation to the stakeholders for their continued support of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and for their valuable contributions to the growth and development of the party.

While thanking the stakeholders, Mrs. Ogunesan once again solicited their support for the party’s candidates, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the APC Governorship Candidate, Senator Sarafadeen Alli, herself as the APC Senatorial Candidate for Oyo North, the House of Representatives Candidate, Hon. Saheed Alaran, and the House of Assembly Candidate, Hon. Akande Babatunde Abo.

She emphasised that the continued support and mobilisation of party members remain important to the party’s campaign efforts. She called on the stakeholders to intensify their grassroots engagement by reaching out to members house-to-house and unit-to-unit, while encouraging everyone to remain actively involved in the campaign.

Mrs. Ogunesan further stated that the people can continue to make their demands and expectations known to their elected representatives and seek greater dividends of democracy when the candidates assume office,after success at the polls.

She also expressed her appreciation to the Chairman of the party, Hon. Kayode Julius, members of the executive committee, and all the party leaders and stakeholders who were present at the meeting and those absent for various important engagements for their time, support, and commitment.

The meeting was another great opportunity to strengthen engagement with party stakeholders and reaffirm the importance of grassroots participation in the political process.
