Adeboyin Adeola Foundation Holds Strategic Meeting in Okeogun, Reaffirms PDP’s Strength

The Adeboyin Adeola Foundation (AAF) held a strategic meeting for PDP Development in Okeogun on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at NUD Secondary School Hall, Mokola, Saki.

Speaking at the meeting, the Foundation’s Coordinator thanked the founder for her support and affirmed that the PDP is on the right track in Saki. He dismissed claims that the party is weak, saying “those peddling speculations that PDP is dead are serial liars”.

Representatives from the Hausa Community and retired civil servants pledged their support for the PDP and Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration. The Hausa Community described themselves as “staunt advocates and loyalists” of the PDP, promising to vote massively for the party’s candidates in 2027.

The convener, Hon. Adeboyin Adeola, clarified that Governor Makinde has not defected to the ruling APC or ADC, and emphasized the foundation’s focus on youth and women empowerment. She expressed confidence that the PDP would overcome its challenges and urged politicians to avoid bitter politics.

Adeola also called on the APC to desist from war campaigns in 2027, saying “politics should not be a do or die affair”. She urged President Tinubu to allow room for dissenting voices and constructive criticism, emphasizing that democracy cannot thrive in a one-party system.
