A 2027 House of Representatives aspirant for Saki West, Saki East and ATISBO Federal Constituency, Hon. Ismail Adewoyin, on Thursday met with the Oyo State leadership of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the party’s secretariat in Oke Ado, Ibadan.
At the meeting, Adewoyin outlined his vision for the constituency, stressing community-driven politics, integrity in leadership, and a commitment to justice and fairness.
He raised concerns over environmental degradation, particularly indiscriminate tree felling, as well as growing security challenges in the area. He assured party leaders that these issues would receive priority attention if elected.
The aspirant also highlighted his record of community service, noting his roles in various organisations, including Saki Parapo, the Oke-Ogun Development Consultative Forum (ODCF), and the Ansar-Ud-Deen High School Old Students Association.
In their remarks, the State APC Chairman, Otunba Moses Alake Adeyemo, and the State Secretary, Fatai Adeshina, commended Adewoyin’s enthusiasm and urged him to prioritise party unity and grassroots engagement.
The meeting ended with Adewoyin reaffirming his loyalty to the APC and his commitment to working within the party’s constitution and guidelines to advance the development of the constituency.
