Barr. Akeem Agbaje, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, has extended warm congratulations to Chief Bisi Akande, the national leader, first National Chairman of the APC and former Governor of Osun State, on the occasion of his 86th birthday.
