Easter Message: Rev. Oyesiji Urges Christians to Use Talents for God’s Glory

Christian faithful have been charged to use their God given talents in the right ways and desist from any act that is against the virtues of love, faith, humility and perseverance preached by Jesus Christ.

The pastor in charge, Dynamic light of God Iseyin, Reverend Apostle Gbade Oyekola Oyesiji gave the charge at a joint special retreat organized for the members of the church held in commemoration of the Easter Sunday.

The event was held at the Dynamic Light of God Ministry, Baasi, Atisbo Local Government Area of Oyo State.

Rev. Apostle Gbade Oyesiji in his sermon, noted that God endowed every human being with unique potentials to be fruitful, multiply and impactful.

Rev. Oyesiji opined that potential and fruit are two different things which people often misinterpret.
According to him, good potential must be fruitful, impactful and be channeled towards the way of God for the betternment of mankind.
Rev. Gbade Oyesiji emphasized that the end result of every useful talent is the fruit which he said everyone will give account of.
The preacher therefore admonished the congregation to have a rethink about their life, saying everyone will give account of their stewardship hereafter.
He stressed that people are living an unworthy life full of deception, mockery, backbiting, unhealthy rivalry among others.
He said these and many more are counter productive to the ways of Jesus Christ the Savior.
The pastor in his submission admonished everyone particularly men of God to have attitudinal change by focusing on the messages of salvation as given by Jesus Christ .
Rev. Apostle Gbade Oyesiji stressed that there is no love, unity and togetherness among Christians unlike before.
While speaking on the significance of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, Pastor Adedeji Wale, Pastor M.A Adeagbo, Pastor Mrs Oyesiji Abigeal Adenike and Pastor John Oluremi Farayola of Dynamic light, admonished christians and the people of the society to embrace christ as their lord and saviour, saying Jesus came to the world and died for the redemption and salvation of mankind.
