The developers of Michael Adeniyi Koleoso Government Residential Area (GRA) in Saki are inviting stakeholders to a project breakfast get-together on February 13, 2026. The event will feature distribution of government allocation letters to allotees, instant allocation to prospective buyers, and a tour of the estate.
The event will take place at the Michael Adeniyi Koleoso Estate, located opposite MAK Polytechnic, along Ago-Are Road, Saki, starting at 8am.
This development is part of efforts to improve infrastructure in the area, following a visit by the Oyo State Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development in November last year. The ministry’s team, led by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Urban Development, inspected the project and urged the developers to speed up work on the concrete line drainage.
The event is expected to bring together stakeholders, including government officials,royal fathers, prospective allotees, and residents of the area .
