Rauf Olaniyan stands as a beacon of hope and transformation for Oyo State, bringing with him a legacy of excellence, integrity, and proven leadership in public service. With decades of experience in both the private and public sectors, his track record reflects a deep commitment to development, transparency and people-centered governance.
As a civil engineer and an astute administrator, Olaniyan has consistently demonstrated a capacity for delivering impactful projects that uplift communities. From infrastructural development to educational and healthcare improvement support schemes, his hands-on approach and attention to details have earned him widespread respect within the professional and political space. Under his watch as the General Manager of OYSROMA, numerous projects were completed on time and within budget, cutting across all the zones of the state, with excellent delivery and to the satisfaction of all. Several roads, bridges, dams and key infrastructural deployments were put in place during his service days, monitoring and overseeing long lasting developmental projects for the benefit of our people.
Olaniyanโs vision for Oyo State is rooted in inclusive growth, job creation, rural development, and innovation in governance. He believes in building strong institutions that work for the people, not just political elites. His past initiatives have empowered youth, growth to local farmers, enhanced local economies, and fostered accountability. More than just promises, Olaniyan offers a blueprint based on results.
