Alh. Waheed Oluwakemi, a prominent PDP member, has slammed recent defectors to APC in Saki, called them betrayers. He made the statement at a PDP General Meeting in Isale Taba, Saki, Oyo State.
Oluwakemi praised Gov. Seyi Makinde’s administration for its development efforts in Okeogun, citing improvements in roads, healthcare, education, security, and social amenities.
While charging PDP members to stay united and strong, labeling defectors as “naysayers and blatant liars” who owe their political careers to PDP.
He urged PDP supporters to step up grassroots efforts and engage in door-to-door campaigning.
He emphasized that defectors to APC would ultimately fail to achieve their goals and would likely return to PDP.
“The party made them what they are in politics, I called on PDP faithful to intensify grassroots efforts and house-to-house campaigns, let me predict to you that,the defectors would eventually return to PDP, as they won’t achieve their goals in APC, Oluwakemi stated
