In a significant show of support for his party, Engr. Tosin Kolade Awodi-Oke, a stalwart member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Founder of the Awodi-Oke Foundation, has donated 12 chairs to the party’s executive members at Ward 7 in Ago-Are, ATISBO LGA, Oyo State. The donation ceremony took place during an APC meeting, where the executives and faithful members were overjoyed by the gesture.
The chairs and table were presented by his team led by the coordinator of Awodi-Oke Foundation ,Lukman Sobaloju to alleviate the discomfort faced by the executives, who had previously been sitting on bare floors. Engr. Awodi-Oke’s donation is seen as a testament to his commitment to the welfare of party members and his dedication to strengthening the party’s presence in the community.
Reacting to the donation, the Chairman and the women leader of the APC at Ward 7,who spoke on behalf of the party,commended Engr. Awodi-Oke for his philanthropic gesture. In their separate remarks, they hailed Awodi-Oke’s selfless act, noting that the party is taking cognitive of his contributions and to the community as a whole.
The APC members alsoexpressed their gratitude to Engr. Awodi-Oke for his kindness and generosity. This gesture is expected to boost the morale of the executives and enable them to carry out their duties more efficiently.
