Convener of Oyo APC Peace Advocates, Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM has congratulated the newly constituted Executives of Oyo APC and Party Stakeholders for the peaceful manner the Congresses of the Party from the Ward to the state levels were conducted.
Oyo APC conducted its state Congress on Tuesday, 3rd of March, 2026 at the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan and the exercise went peacefully with all the Stakeholders agreeing to a consensus arrangements.
Prior to that exercise, Wards and Local Governments Congresses have been held successfully across the 351 Wards and 33 Local Governments of Oyo state.
Prince Niran Adeyoju, SDM, through a release made available to newsmen in ibadan by the Publicity secretary Elder David Oluokun on Friday, praise the patience and sacrifices of critical Stakeholders within the Party.
He specifically appreciates the efforts and commitments of Chief Mrs Florence Ajimobi, Senator Ayoade Adeseun, H. E, Iyiola Oladokun, H. E, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan,H.E, Moses Alake , Senator Teslim Folarin, Hon. Minister Bayo Adelabu, Alhaji Fatai Ibikunle, and his committee, all APC Senators and members of the House of Representatives.
He also praised the efforts, and sacrifices of the Peace Advocates leaders: Rt. Hon. Dr. Akin Onigbinde SAN, Alhaji Teslim Aderibigbe OMILABU GAHNDI, Prince Gbade Lana, Hon. Dr. Mrs. Adepeju Esan, Engr. Wale Adeoye, Hon. Hamzat Ogunsola, Alhaji Adebayo Aruna, Elder David Oluokun, Hon. Fatai Abdulsallam Adetunji , Hon. Afeez Bolaji Repete and Mr. Sola Abegunde, eminent members of the Oyo APC Peace Advocates.
He highlighted the efforts of the Oyo APC Peace Advocates and how their tireless efforts have been impacting Unity and Peace initiatives within the Party.
He also appreciates the commitments of Alhaji Olayide Moshood Abass, the immediate past Chairman of Oyo APC, to the peace initiatives by the Peace Advocates.
He thanked Alhaji Abass for identifying with and supporting the Peace Advocates through difficult moments when divisions and disunity haunted the Party.
” History will never forget Alhaji Olayide Moshood Abass”, Prince Adeyoju said.
Prince Adeyoju also calls on the new Party Executives, to as a matter of urgency, look at every grey area that requires attention.
” We are not there until we are finally there”, he concluded.
