The Oyo State Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development ,has paid a working visit to Saki and urged a developer to speed up work on the ongoing infrastructure development at Michael Adeniyi Koleoso GRA in Saki.

๐—œ๐—ง๐—ฉ ๐—ข๐—ป๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ correspondent who was at the event can authoriatively reported that,the delegation led by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Urban Development, the Ministry’s team inspected the project on Tuesday where the Permanent Secretary ,Alh. Dr. Hakeem Audu tasked the developer, Messrs Tonabim Nigeria Limited, to improve the pace of work, particularly on the concrete line drainage, to meet the December 2026 deadline.

He assured the developer of the government’s commitment to releasing allocation letters in the earliest possible time to subscribers whose names have been forwarded to the ministry by the developer. The developer, represented by Deacon Kola Abimbola, pledged to enhance the workforce to meet the Ministry’s deadline, thanking the team for their support.

Speaking on behalf of the developer, Deacon Kola Abimbola appreciate the team for their unalloyed support since the commencement of the project and assured the team that the company workforce will be enhanced in order to meet the marching order gave by the Ministry.
