Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun, the House of Representatives member representing Saki West/Saki East/ATISBO federal Constituency, has distributed 100 grinding machines to women in his constituency. This empowerment program aims to alleviate economic challenges faced by women and enhance their productivity.
The event, took place on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, in Saki, Oyo State,aimed at ameliorating the economic challenges faced by women and enhance their productivity.
The empowerment program, organized in collaboration with the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology, Moor Plantation, Ibadan, is part of Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun’s initiative to support less privileged individuals and mitigate economic challenges faced by his constituents.
The lawmaker, represented by Alh. Sabitu Olofa, highlighted the potential of the grinding machines to empower the beneficiaries economically. As Abisodun noted during the handing over ceremony: “It is imperative that we stand together as a community, extending a helping hand to those facing hardship”.
He urged the beneficiaries to utilize the grinding machines wisely, saying: “Make judicious use of these items.”
Abisodun assured the people of the constituency that,more empowerment programs are in the pipeline, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to their well-being.
The lawmaker explained that,his core mission is to enhance the lives of his constituents, stating that this empowerment program serves as a barometer to his unwavering commitment to their well-being .
Speaking on the development, Hon. Tafa Muftau, Chairman of APC (ATISBO LGA), lauded Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun’s efforts, noting that the lawmaker has delivered impactful projects that have touched the lives of many constituents.
Endorsement for Senate Bid
Alh. Kareem Jimoh endorsed Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun for the Senate seat in 2027, describing him as “tested and trusted.” He highlighted Abisodun’s political experience, resources, and influence as key advantages that make him the ideal candidate to represent Okeogun area.
