Hon. Kareem Tajudeen Abisodun, Member of the House of Representatives for Saki West, Saki East, and ATISBO federal constituency, has extended his warm greetings to Muslims in Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency, Oyo North, Oyo State, and Nigeria, as they welcome the blessed month of Ramadan.
In a statement released on Tuesday made available on his Handle , Abisodun described Ramadan as “a period of reflection, sacrifice, compassion and renewed commitment to faith and humanity.”
“As we welcome the blessed month of Ramadan, I extend my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the good people of Old Ifedapo Federal Constituency, Oyo North, Oyo State, and our dear country Nigeria,” he said.
The lawmaker prayed for Muslims to be blessed with peace, tranquility, and unity during the holy month, saying, “May Allah, in His infinite mercy, accept our fasts and acts of worship, answer our prayers, forgive our shortcomings, and fill our hearts with peace and tranquility.”
He also expressed hope that Ramadan would strengthen unity and bring progress to the constituency and the nation, saying, “May Ramadan strengthen the bonds of unity among us and usher in continued blessings, progress, and harmony in our constituency and across the nation.”
