The Founder of Awodi-Oke Foundation, Engr. Tosin Kolade Awodi-Oke, has extended warm greetings to Muslims in Ago-Are community, Oyo State, and across Nigeria on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitri.
In a Sallah message issued on Wednesday, the politician and philanthropist urged the Muslim faithful to sustain the spiritual lessons of Ramadan, emphasizing the need for compassion, generosity, and self-discipline.
“Eid-el-Fitri is not only a time of celebration but also a moment to reflect on the values of sacrifice, humility, and devotion to humanity,” he said.
Awodi-Oke called on Nigerians, irrespective of religious affiliation, to use the festive period to pray for peace and progress in the country.
“I urge all Nigerians to seize this opportunity to pray for our dear nation, especially at a time when unity and collective responsibility are most needed,” he added.
He further encouraged citizens to extend love and support to the less privileged, noting that such acts would help promote social harmony and national development.
“Let us continue to uphold the spirit of giving and kindness beyond Ramadan, and work together to build a more peaceful and prosperous society,” Awodi-Oke stated.
