Sayo Fatoki has expressed profound joy and heartfelt congratulations to Fadeelat Sheikh Sulayman Adedeji Akéwúkéèwé I on his well-deserved emergence as the Grand Chief Imam of Àgọ́-Àrẹ Land.
In a congratulatory message made available to the press, Fatoki described the appointment as a divine reward for years of unwavering faith, exemplary character, deep Islamic scholarship, and selfless service to Islam and humanity.
According to him, the emergence of Imam Adedeji comes at a crucial time when spiritual leadership rooted in knowledge, humility, and fear of Allah is most needed to strengthen unity and moral consciousness within the Muslim Ummah.
“It is my sincere prayer that Almighty Allah (SWT) grants him wisdom, strength, sound health, and divine guidance to discharge this sacred responsibility with fairness, humility, and justice,” Fatoki stated.
He further expressed optimism that the tenure of the new Grand Chief Imam would, In shā’ Allah, usher in renewed unity, enhanced spiritual growth, and enduring peace within the Muslim Ummah, not only in Àgọ́-Àrẹ Land but across Oyo State and beyond.
Sayo Fatoki also called on the entire Muslim community and residents of Àgọ́-Àrẹ Land to rally round the new Grand Chief Imam, offering prayers, cooperation, and support to enable him succeed in his spiritual and communal leadership.
He concluded by praying that Almighty Allah crowns the Imam’s leadership with success and makes his tenure impactful, beneficial, and memorable in the annals of Àgọ́-Àrẹ history.
