The People of Grace (POG) socialite club celebrated its 6th anniversary on December 2, 2026, in Saki, Oyo State, with a grand event that brought together members and dignitaries.
The Bagii of Saki, HC Abdrosheed Gasali Adegokeh, praised POG’s contributions to society, acknowledged its positive impact .
Adebayo Kayode Sefiu, one of the conveners, shared how POG was formed 6 years ago as a unifying force to mend broken homes. He clarified that the platform’s goal is to strengthen and purify families, not promote anything promiscuous .
He added that the platform has empowered the less privileged, including small traders, and supported primary schools, widows, and vulnerable individuals with cash assistance.
Acknowledging the efforts of the principal convener, Aderogba Adisa, Adebayo said the platform would continue to serve humanity.
People with disabilities also received cash support as part of POG’s 6th anniversary celebrations.
Awards were presented to outstanding members of POG at the event .
