The All Progressives Congress executives in Saki East LGA of Oyo State have pledged their loyalty and commitment to the party and its candidates ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The executives made the commitment on Monday during a strategic engagement meeting with the APC candidate for the Saki East/ATISBO State Constituency, Alhaji Alliu Tajudeen Adetunji, at his residence in Oje Owode, Saki East.
The meeting was held as the party intensifies consultations and mobilisation across its structures ahead of the 2027 polls.
The executives, according to a statement issued after the meeting, resolved to work collectively for the success of the APC and support all its candidates in the forthcoming elections.
Alliu, who recently received the APC certificate of nomination for the Saki East/Atisbo State House of Assembly constituency, appreciated the local government executives for their commitment and resolution to work for the party’s success.
He also expressed appreciation to party leaders and stakeholders across Saki East and Atisbo local government areas for their affection, goodwill and continued support.
The APC candidate urged members and stakeholders to remain united and committed to the party’s programmes as political activities gather momentum ahead of the elections.
The meeting is part of ongoing grassroots engagements by APC stakeholders in preparation for the 2027 elections, with the party’s Oyo State leadership also calling on members and candidates to close ranks and work collectively.
