A plastic products company, Harulite Ventures, has celebrated its 15th anniversary, with its Managing Director, Alhaji Haruna Egbinola, popularly known as Harulite, reaffirming his commitment to the company’s sustainable development, growth and long-term survival.
The anniversary celebration, held in Saki, Oyo State, on Saturday, featured special prayers and a tour of the company’s branches by the managing director alongside employees.
The event provided an opportunity to reflect on the company’s journey, appreciate its workforce and recognise the collective efforts that have contributed to its growth over the past 15 years.
Speaking during the celebration, Egbinola expressed delight at the milestone, noting that he had always been passionate about ensuring people’s happiness and creating an atmosphere in which those working with him could thrive.
He expressed appreciation to individuals who had worked closely with him to build the company into a success story, acknowledging their contributions to its development.
The managing director also welcomed innovative ideas and initiatives capable of strengthening the company’s operations, expanding its opportunities and positioning it for greater achievements in the years ahead.
On the company’s future, Egbinola emphasised the importance of sustainable development and continuity, disclosing that measures had been put in place to ensure a smooth succession process.
According to him, the company has grown beyond his individual personality, stressing that its future should not depend solely on him but on an enduring structure capable of sustaining its operations and achievements.
He said the succession arrangements were part of efforts to guarantee the company’s continued existence and ensure that future generations could build on the foundation already established.
Meanwhile, employees of Harulite Ventures expressed satisfaction with the company’s leadership and management, describing their experience working with the organisation as rewarding.
They said they had no regrets working with the company, expressing appreciation for its management and the relationship it had maintained with its workforce.
