Maolud :Oyo Pensions Board chair, Adekunle congratulates Mulsims

The Executive Chairman of Oyo State Pensions Board, Tunji Rafiu Adekunle, has enjoined Muslims to pay attention to and emulate the virtues of Prophet Muhammad.

Adekunle,in his goodwill message to this newspaper on Monday, points out that love, peaceful co-existence and sacrifice were the virtues that Muhammad was known for.

He said “I, Hon. Chief Tunji Rafiu Adekunle, Executive Chairman, Oyo State Pensions Board, extend warm greetings to our esteemed pensioners and the entire Muslim Ummah on the occasion of Eid Mawlid, commemorating the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

May this special day bring us closer to the teachings of our Prophet, who exemplified compassion, kindness, and righteousness. May we draw inspiration from his life to promote peace, love, and understanding.

To our pensioners, I wish you a joyous celebration, filled with good health, happiness, and contentment. May Allah’s blessings be upon you and your loved ones.

To the entire Muslim Ummah, I pray that this Eid Mawlid strengthens our faith, unity, and commitment to the values of our noble Prophet”.
