The All Progressives Congress candidate for Saki East/Atisbo State Constituency in the 2027 Oyo State House of Assembly election, Alhaji Alliu Tajudeen Adetunji, has reaffirmed his commitment to the party’s grassroots mobilisation and unity ahead of the poll.
Alliu stated this on Wednesday while attending a mobilisation programme organised by the APC in Saki under the theme, “Building APC Youths for Electoral Success in Oyo State.”
The event, held at the Saki City Hall, attracted APC leaders, youths and other party stakeholders from across the area.
He joined other party members in receiving the APC deputy governorship candidate, Adesoji Adedeji, who used the occasion to canvass support for the party and urged youths to intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 elections.
The APC candidate, who participated in the engagement with party leaders and supporters, also stressed the importance of unity and effective coordination among members at the grassroots.
He said the mobilisation of youths and other party supporters would be critical to strengthening the APC’s presence across Saki East and Atisbo ahead of the election.
APC hopeful also expressed support for the Alli-Adedeji governorship ticket, urging party members to remain committed and work collectively towards achieving the party’s objectives in 2027.
The gathering featured solidarity songs, goodwill messages and interactions among party leaders, youths and other stakeholders.
Alliu was among APC leaders who also accompanied Adedeji on a courtesy visit to the Okere of Saki, Oba Khalid Oyeniyi Olabisi Oyedepo III.
