Former Chairman of Itesiwaju Local Government, Hon. Niyi Adeagbo, has congratulated Chief Mrs. Hannah Ogunesan on her emergence as the senatorial candidate for Oyo North Senatorial District following the conclusion of the party’s primary election.
In a congratulatory message issued and made available to ๐๐ง๐ฉ ๐ข๐ป๐น๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ on Saturday ,Adeagbo described Ogunesan’s victory as well deserved, noting that it reflected the confidence, trust, and responsibility bestowed on her by the people of Oyo North in recognition of her years of dedicated service to humanity and the development of Oyo State.
He praised the former Head of Service for her distinguished career in the public service, stating that she consistently demonstrated dedication, integrity, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the growth and progress of the state.
According to Adeagbo, Ogunesan’s journey through the ranks of the civil service from Director to Permanent Secretary and ultimately Head of Service was marked by selfless service and a commitment to placing the interests of the people above personal considerations.
“Your remarkable journey in public service has been defined by dedication, integrity, excellence, and an uncommon commitment to the progress of the state,” he said.
He further commended her contributions to human capital development, institutional strengthening, regional development, and the advancement of the public service in Oyo State, describing her as a leader with exceptional administrative competence and a genuine passion for development.
Adeagbo noted that Ogunesan’s years of meritorious service had earned her widespread respect, credibility, and the trust of the people, adding that the overwhelming support she received during the primary election underscored public confidence in her ability to provide effective representation for Oyo North at the National Assembly.
“As we celebrate this important first step toward greater service, we also reaffirm, on behalf of the people of Oyo North, our unwavering commitment and support for your candidacy throughout the forthcoming election,” he stated.
The former council chairman also expressed appreciation to the people of Oyo North for their support during the primary process and urged them to continue backing the senatorial candidate ahead of the general election.
