The All Progressives Congress (APC) Governorship Candidate in Oyo State, Distinguished Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli (BSA) has congratulated former Minister of Power and APC Chieftain, Chief Adebayo Adelabu (Bayo Adelabu) on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.
In a congratulatory message issued on Sunday and made available to newsmen in Ibadan, Senator Alli described Chief Adelabu as a great asset to Oyo State, a pillar of the APC family, and a man whose contributions to national development and to the growth of Oyo APC cannot be over-emphasized.
BSA stated that Chief Adelabu has demonstrated uncommon patriotism, loyalty to the progressive family and commitment to the development of Oyo State through his years of service as former CBN Deputy Governor, as former Minister of Power and as a leading chieftain of the APC.
The statement reads in part:
“On behalf of my family, the BSA Campaign Organization and the entire APC family in Oyo State, I heartily felicitate my dear brother and leader, Chief Adebayo Adelabu (Penkelemesi) on his birthday today.
“Chief Adelabu is not just a politician, he is an institution, an accomplished technocrat, a philanthropist of note and a true progressive who has paid his dues for our party. His passion for a better Oyo State is infectious.
“As you add another year today, I pray Almighty God grants you long life in good health, more wisdom, and greater strength to continue to serve Oyo State and Nigeria. I celebrate you, my brother.”
Senator Alli noted that the APC in Oyo State is proud of Adelabu’s achievements and his steadfastness, adding that the bond of brotherhood between all APC leaders will lead the party to resounding victory in 2027.
He wished Chief Adelabu a happy and joyous celebration.
