Oyo Lawmaker, Omo-Bed, Congratulates Igbope Muslims on New Chief Imam, Mufti

The member representing Orelope State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Jimoh Lukman Ishola, popularly known as Omo-Bed, has congratulated the Muslim community in Igbope Land on the installation of new religious leaders.

Omo-Bed congratulated Chief Imam Kareem Abdulaziz Ejalonibu on his installation as the new Chief Imam of Igbopeland and Sheikh Yunus Abdul Jelli Abdul Salam on his emergence as the new Mufti.

The lawmaker expressed confidence that the duo would deploy their Islamic knowledge, wisdom and experience to promote religious harmony, moral values and unity in the community.

He urged them to regard their new positions as a call to greater service, particularly in fostering peace, unity and the spiritual development of the Muslim faithful.

Omo-Bed prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the new Chief Imam and Mufti the wisdom, strength and guidance required to discharge their responsibilities successfully.

He also congratulated the people of Igbope Land, urging them to support the new religious leaders in their efforts to promote the progress and development of the community.
