His career has taken him through agriculture, local government administration, financial management, organised labour and public service, including serving as Permanent Secretary and Special Adviser on Labour Matters to the Oyo state government. He has identified attractions including Idere Hills, Ado-Awaye, Iya Mopo, Igbo-Oba and other tourist destinations across Oke-Ogun as areas with significant development potential. In agriculture, his professional background as an agricultural officer provides an additional connection to a sector that can be developed through value addition, agro-processing, access to markets, modern farming techniques and support for farmers.
Healthcare would form another essential pillar of a people-centred administration. For Titilola-Sodo, the development of Oyo State must ultimately be measured by how government improves the everyday lives of its citizens, whether families can access quality healthcare, children can receive sound education, farmers can earn sustainable incomes, businesses can operate safely and young people can find productive opportunities and pursue their dreams to realization within the beautiful land of space of the pacesetter state of Oyo.
