Baptist Secondary Grammar School, Ago-Are (BASEGA), has officially unveiled the logo for its Golden Jubilee celebration, marking the commencement of activities for its 50th anniversary.
The unveiling of the commemorative logo signals the beginning of a year-long celebration of the institution’s remarkable journey since its establishment, highlighting five decades of academic excellence, character development and impactful contributions to society.
According to the organisers, the Golden Jubilee logo reflects the school’s rich heritage, enduring values and aspirations for a brighter future. It also serves as a symbol of the institution’s commitment to producing generations of responsible leaders and distinguished alumni who have excelled in various fields.
In a statement released issued on Saturday and made available to 𝗜𝗧𝗩 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 to announce the unveiling, the school described BASEGA as “a beacon of knowledge, character and progress” over the past 50 years, noting that the anniversary would provide an opportunity to celebrate its achievements while charting a renewed course for greater excellence.
The organisers urged old students, staff, parents and friends of the institution to actively participate in the anniversary celebrations by promoting the event and celebrating the school’s enduring legacy.
Established five decades ago, Baptist Secondary Grammar School, Ago-Are, has earned a reputation as one of the notable secondary schools in Oke-Ogun, producing graduates who have made significant contributions across diverse professions within and outside Nigeria.
