Oyo APC Governorship Candidate, Alli, Joins Dignitaries to Honour Engineer Olufemi Alao’s Late Mother

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State, Senator Sharafadeen Abiodun Alli, on Saturday joined prominent political leaders, party stalwarts and other dignitaries in Saki to pay their last respects to the late mother of Oke-Ogun-born civil engineer, Engr. Olufemi Alao.

The funeral service was held at the First Baptist Church, Oke-Adagba, Saki, where family members, friends and well-wishers gathered to celebrate the life and enduring legacy of the deceased.

Among the notable personalities in attendance were former Senator Ayoade Adeseun, APC candidates from across the Oke-Ogun zone and other leaders of the party.

Speaking at the solemn occasion, Senator Alli extended his heartfelt condolences to Engr. Olufemi Alao and the entire Alao family, describing the death of a mother as an irreplaceable loss.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased, asking God to grant her eternal rest, forgive her shortcomings and comfort the bereaved family with the strength, patience and fortitude required to bear the painful loss.

The APC governorship candidate also urged the family to draw solace from the exemplary life and enduring legacy left behind by the late matriarch, expressing confidence that her cherished memories would continue to inspire generations to come.
